Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without the need to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to return, you have an additional 30 days to send the item back to us.

Important Refund Conditions

Please note the following conditions carefully:

  • For orders with a total value exceeding €100, refunds are not issued to the original payment method.

  • In these cases, a store credit will be issued instead.

  • The store credit is valid across our entire boutique and does not expire.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to our international logistics and fulfillment partners, return shipping costs average approximately €19.25 per parcel, depending on the carrier you choose.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be complete and in good condition

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Processing Time
